Yes — 1 ACT Alpharetta is one of the very few DDS-licensed Third Party Testing (TPT #730) sites in North Fulton County. You can skip the DDS queue and use our vehicle — no need to bring your own.
How long does the DUI Risk Reduction class take?
The full program is 20 hours across 3 days (Fri–Sun or Tue–Thu). You must complete the NEEDS Assessment before the class begins. Your completion certificate is emailed by 5:30pm the next business day.
Does the Defensive Driving course dismiss my ticket in Alpharetta / North Fulton?
Our course is Georgia DDS-certified and court-approved statewide, including Alpharetta Municipal Court and North Fulton State Court. Bring your certificate to court. Fee is $95 — set by Georgia DDS.
