Do you have a return/cancellation policy?

If you have registered for a class and are unable to attend, contact 1 ACT Driving Schools at least two (2) business days prior to the date of your original class or lesson and request a transfer to another scheduled class. Transfer requests cannot be honored after the class has occurred or after the date of the class. Please email or call 404-641-2211 to make changes to your schedule.

If you have paid for your risk reduction course online but have not signed a contract or taken your NEEDS assessment and change your mind about attending the class with us, we will refund you the full amount. Of course, this will be after we try to convince you to stay!

If you have scheduled a class and cannot attend due to personal reasons, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

If we cancel a class on you, you are entitled to a refund if you would like to attend class at another school.

If you must take a risk reduction course and have taken your NEEDS assessment with us, paid in full, but wish to transfer to another school, as per DDS regulations, we are ONLY required to issue refunds if you are transferring to another school due to a course cancellation, program closure, or documented emergency, or because you have moved over 30 miles away from the location in which you have registered. We will refund you the course fee $255, and transfer your NEEDS assessment upon DDS approval.

Driving lessons are refundable IF cancellations are made more than 48 hours in advance or if you have purchased more lessons from us than you need. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are nonrefundable.
