Scheduling your driving lessons is easy! With the scheduling system we use, you'll create an account and be able to schedule lessons on your own, view immediate feedback about the lessons, and stay connected with your favorite instructors throughout your entire time working with us. Here's how to get started!
Step 1: Buy your lessons
To the left of these steps, you can see all of your options for buying lessons. Each lesson is 2 hours long, so through our website you can schedule between 1-10 lessons. Don't worry--if you buy 4 hours but feel like you need 4 more, you can give us a call and buy more! Payments are processed securely through PayPal and can be made with either a PayPal account OR credit/debit card. You do not need a PayPal account to make payments through PayPal. Don't forget, pickup and drop off is FREE within our radius!*
Step 2: Create your Drive Scout account
After you buy your lessons, you'll have immediate access to a downloadable PDF file with instructions on how to create your Drive Scout account. Download it right away to get started! The PDF gives you the link to Drive Scout and detailed instructions on creating your account, making account creation an easy process. Account creation will only take a few minutes.
Step 3: Schedule your lessons
Once you create your account, we will need to verify the account so that you can begin using it. We will verify the account once the payment is processed, and will do so soon after account creation. Make sure to use the same email address for both the payment and the Drive Scout account so that it is easy to verify. You'll get an email as soon as your account is verified and schedule however many lessons you bought. You can see all available time slots for 30 days and can begin scheduling! You can see more time slots every day, so make sure to check back daily to schedule all the lessons you want.
Step 4: Start driving with 1 ACT Driving Schools!
Once you pick your lessons, you're on our schedule! Our instructors will be able to see your information along with the pick up and drop off address. You'll get text and email reminders about your upcoming driving lessons, and our instructors will come pick you up on your scheduled day at your scheduled time. If you want to cancel, that's easy to do through your Drive Scout account; however, if you cancel a lesson LESS THAN 48 hours in advance, you will be unable to reschedule the lesson or schedule any other lessons until you speak with one of our representatives**. If you want to schedule more lessons, give us a call and we'll help make it happen! You can then use your account to view feedback on your lessons after they happen, and will receive notification when feedback is given. It's a great, easy to use resource.

**Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours in advance will incur a late fee of $25. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled. Early termination of a lesson on behalf of a client will result in a loss of the remaining lesson time, and the session will not be refundable. Please see our refund policy for further details.
